It isn't news that the alternative-pop duo Oh Wonder has been taking the world by storm.

But what you might not know is that long before Oh Wonder skyrocketed onto the scene, vocalist Josephine Vander Gucht had a project of her own. While Oh Wonder boasts midtempo earworms, layla offers a much more dynamic palette of emotions and textures.

Jose is mostly focusing on Oh Wonder, but we're hoping for new solo material this year.

They are already making a name for themselves with their live sets, having recently supported Real Lies as well as Lust For Youth in London clubs.
